Services & Times

Current Worship

While we are all finding our way back to a new "normal,"  Cary Presbyterian is offering limited in-person worship on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. Sign-up in advance is required.  We are currently allowing 75 worshippers in addition to the worship leaders.
Worship is most easily viewed via this website on our page for live-streamed worship or through the church's mobile app.  It is also live-streamed on the Cary Presbyterian Facebook Page. (You do not need a Facebook account to access this link.)
Ordinarily, we have two worship services on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. On the last Sunday of each month, we gather for a single All Together Service at 10:30 a.m.

During the summer between Memorial and Labor Days, we have one worship service on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m.

Worship is liturgical, with a blend of formal and informal elements. Services are relational, with wide participation from members of all ages.

An Order of Worship, or bulletin, guides worshipers through the service, which includes liturgies, prayers, music, scripture, sermon, time with our children and sacraments. See the most recent worship bulletin here.

The music includes familiar and new hymns, as well as anthems from our chancel choir. In addition, services often feature special music offerings from our mixed a cappella and women’s ensembles, children’s choir, and instrumental ensemble.

Children in grades 3-5 have the opportunity to serve as acolytes during worship.

"The worship of the triune God is the center of our common life and our primary way of witness to the faith, hope, and love we have in Jesus Christ."
