New Applicant Information

  • Open registration for the community will be based on availability after our in-house registration. Spaces are filled on a first come basis.
  • Please call to schedule a tour. We would like our families to know about our program before enrolling. You will see the facilities, hear about our curriculum and teaching approach, and have an opportunity to ask questions. If you are not able to tour, please call the office for a telephone conference.
  • Please review the handbook and policies prior to filling out the application.
  • Medical & Immunization Forms must be filled out during the summer and be on file when your child starts school. We do require children to be immunized to attend preschool at CPP. Only medical exemptions by a doctor are accepted and forms for this type of exemption are available from the preschool office.
  • A registration fee of $100 ($90 for second child) is due with the application.
  • A $40 playground fee per family and a $10 tote bag fee is required with the last month’s tuition, due June 1st. This payment must be made to continue to hold your space for September. This will cover May’s tuition. Your next payment is due September 1st.
  • A wait list will be kept for classes as they become full (no charge). We encourage adding yourself to our wait list because there are frequent changes in enrollment between January and the start of school in September. We will call those on the waiting list first.

Required State Information

As a Religious Sponsored Child Care program, Cary Presbyterian Preschool (CPP) is not required to hold a license from the state. However, we have chosen to be a licensed facility because we feel the regulations required for licensure are important for the operation of a quality program. We want parents and families to know their children are in a safe and professionally operated facility. CPP holds a “Notice of Compliance” from the state, which means we follow all health and safety standards and are inspected annually. Please know that CPP far exceeds many of the requirements listed by the state. In addition to our handbook, we have provided links to important documents below for parents. The state requires that we make this information available.
